This needs sorting with a matter of urgency now. There aren't many utilities who can't provide an online bill for monies received. Why not give free paper billing for those affected because this could take some time to fix going off past history.

Now I was offered paper billing when they could not give me VAT invoice for my Device Plan, but only if I paid the going monthly rate. What *is* the point of online billing if all it helps you do is PAY online, but not see what you paid same time last year? Or last month?

I've been with O2 for a dozen or more years, and the ability to see my bills online has always been there.
What will it take to get it back?
Chatting to O2 on Twitter, they have referred it to Tech Support today, but I should not expact an answer for at least 5 working days...

If Telefonica are finally integrating O2 UK's billing into a single Spain-based system, I can see why it might take a while - but really? No news, no indication of work in progress, no communication, nada?
