Download or print latest bill error

Each time I click the "download and print latest bill" link the compantion tab opens like normal but then I get an error.

Retry also gives the same error and it asks me to copy the text that is at the bottom of this.  

 

Edit: this has been for 5 days so far. It is not a new error

 

I need to download VAT bills for work purposes.

Not working for me either. It never lets me access the bill for the second phone on my account.

It's a known fault that o2 have been investigating for weeks now.
Many more threads on here so you are not alone.
@Martin-O2 is this not resolved yet?

Hi guys I can confirm that this issue has been reported and is being worked on. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA on when this will be fixed. I'll update the community as soon as I have news.
