Hi, I'm an O2 pensioner and have just purchased a new phone and need to get my staff discount applied to the new contract. The old O2 VIP number I have is no longer in use, nor is the one that I was given in my local branch. Can anyone advise please, keen to apply the discount asap. Many Thanks

Thanks for your reply. However, the schemes mentioned in your attachment don't seem to cover the historical O2 Staff Discount scheme which allowed employees and pensioners to purchase i phone, 1 mobile broadband device / tablet and 1 smart watch, each of which had 100% airtime discount whilst the purchase contract was in place. This discount needed renewal with each change of device / contract via a call to the O2 VIP Desk on 0800 090 1815, which no longer works.
I'd be grateful if you'd advise further or notify a contact within Virgin O2 that could assist me further.
