Am I the only one who thinks that 02 have become one of the greediest legalised thieves on the planet? Lousy reception, lousy deals, impossible to contact them at all. I was on the phone for over an hour this morning and no one bothered to pick up. I have been with 02 since inception and it’s standards of service have declined. I can’t wait to leave.

Absolutely!!! I have been on the phone all morning waiting for someone to answer! I want to find out how much it will cost me to leave my contract now. The live chat doesn’t work either! Ridiculous service! Although I should imagine everyone is trying to contact them about the recent price hike!

You can find this out in a couple of ways, the most reliable of which is to go into your MyO2, web or app, and click on "Upgrade" - it will tell you how much you have left to pat, and what date your current contact expires, @Law1707

I came from 3 and I like them specially have eu timing. Support is fine if you chat with them trough the app. It’s like the what’s you send message and soon or later they will answer.

Absolutely agree, service teams so bad to the point they are rude. They don't care at all. I'm looking to leave also

When customer services have to deal with rude and obnoxious customers who make threats against people, I am not surprised they come across as rude sometimes, and to be honest I have never encounted a rude o2 CS agent.
