Switch up Handset only Available for Delivery

I am hoping to switch up to a new pixel phone, but the colour and storage I want are only available for delivery and not in stock in any of my local stores.

I am trying to find out if it's possible to have the device delivered to store to complete the switch up in store as I am not comfortable sending my current phone away to be assessed.

Best thing to do is to pop into your local store and ask if they can order one in for you, as the website to be honest doesnt always tell the truth, as o2 dont have a live stock system.. 

And you do wise to only do the switch up in store..
