Add insurance

I want to add O2 insurance each month so I have cover for loss, theft or damage. How do i do it? Can't see any option in app, which is annoying!

If you already have your phone, you need to take it to an O2 shop to be assessed and they will then arrange the insurance cover for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Caroline86 If you have homeowner's insurance, check that first. You may already be covered.
