Paying for an insurance claim having had a smashing time with a screen on my Pixel 7

Above.

A few months ago I kind of smashed my screen on my Pixel 7 in a fit of rage, I need to get it fixed but I don't know how without a £30 excess via an insurance claim.

How would I do the insurance claim? In Store or online?

If you are insured through O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/products-and-services/o2-services-and-apps/o2-insure

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Confused by what trolling... as it looks like all @Bambino has done is signpost you to places that can help with Anger Management issues...

That is just been a sympathetic human being.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You'll probably find insurance does not cover deliberate acts @Anonymous, even if you were "in a fit of rage". 👍

@Oxonian it wasn't deliberate, the Bank and my support worker were winding me up.

And I just lost it at that particular moment.

It will be interesting to see @Anonymous how the insurance company react when you furnish them with that honest explanation.

Please keep us informed of developments. 👍
