Just received an unexpected charge of £6 to my monthly bill due to Fitguru. They had sent a text asking to sign up to some rubbish. I deleted this text and did NOT activate anything. Is this allowed? Do O2 refund this?

Lost or Stolen SIM card abroad, huge charges, cannot contact o2.

My pay monthly SIM card has been lost or stolen from my device as I have been travelling and using a foreign SIM. I have endlessly tried to report this for 2 weeks now, but it seems that no one is ever on the online chat! It's absolutely infuriating ...

Using O2 SIM abroad

In the USA and my new P20 lite with O2 SIM keeps saying No service. However each time I restart it works for 3-5mins then again No service. Cannot get through to O2.... frustrated, any ideas?

Resolved! Historical Invoice

Is there a way that I am able to get a copy of my invoice from 2014. I know that invoices need to be kept for at least 6 years for Tax reasons but MyO2 only allows me to look back 2 years
