I missed a payment as ive been that busy i didnt noticed it was due. I settled the payment 12 hours ago and still my phone is cut off, people cant even phone me!
Has anyone ever had this issue how long did it take?

@MasterMcintosh  As it's a weekend, your payment won't be processed until Monday at the earliest, and probably won't clear until Wednesday, like any other payment you would make to any company on a weekend. You may also be asked to pay a reconnection fee, which may possibly delay restoring service to your phone even longer. To avoid issues like this in future, it's best to set up a Direct Debit, which most do when they're on contract. https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-Pay-Your-Bill-Contract/ba-p/1014090

Give customer services a call from a landline or other mobile and see if they have received your payment ok.
