Hi,
I have received an SMS on my O2 SIM from O2 starting the following:
"O2: We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your payment information via: https//...."
I am confused/concerned as I cannot see any mention of this on My O2 profile and am reluctant to click on the provided link. Is this potentially spam or is this a real SMS from the O2 services?
Thank you in advance!
Roxane
