Hi all,

I have 2 O2 alias numbers added to my account and have had numerous emails and text messages.

I'm worried I'll be charged for something I've not requested.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Alias numbers are usually linked to a smart watch either Galaxy or Apple.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
