Account Barred - Unable to contact customer services

I've just received a text from o2 saying I've sent a higher number than normal texts and that my account is barred. I'm trying to ring the o2 customer services on 03448090202 but the automatic voice keeps directing me to the o2 app, which I've already tried, and then cuts me off. How do I get to actually speak to someone to get my account query solved?

I can't see how it's barred if you are still able to make calls? Are you sure the text came from O2?

Sounds a bit suspicious to me....

2 of these today so it's either a scam or O2's system has farted.
I assumed @Arf85 was calling from a landline?
