I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G but I'm not receiving a 5G signal

Is there 5G in the area you are using the phone?

Is 5G selected in Network Type.

It may be you don't have 5G enabled SIM

If so call instore with photo ID and get it changed

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

5g is very selective still.

Check exact locations for a 5g signal O2 Service Status
