Hi. Having joined O2 recently, I have provided my PAC code 4 times over the past 9 days, the last request was rejected, no reason given and I am not sure whom rejected the request. All details are correct and Vodafone are aware of the transfer. I have been using the O2 app, notifications are switched (with the O2 app/phone) but I am not getting any notifications for responses, so having to go back to square one each time I message o2. I am currently paying for 2 contracts so I really need to get this sorted to just the one. Any help would be appreciated as without the porting I will be forced to cancel with O2. Thanks

Unfortunately you need to persevere with customer service
