5 months and still no SIM card but billed in full each month.

Has anyone e,she had issues getting a new SIM card after having one blocked. In May my relationship broke down and 02 have refused time and time again to send me a new SIM card.... they have billed me each month despite me not having access to the service. I have made endless attempts to resolve this.... and have finally given up and contacted the financial ombudsman .... has anyone else had issues and how were they they resolved?

Yeah the sim is still barred, and far as I know he’s sold the handset.

Have you seen any usage on the account since the sim was barred? 

Actually your ex has committed a crime if he has sold a phone that belongs to you or the hire purchase company. I would be informing the police and instigate proceedings. 

Maybe he got the phone unbarred when the security details were changed. 

I don't know the guy but he sounds a right piece of work.

02 confirm that both the phone and SIM card are still barred, I can’t onky guess that he’s sold the handset I could be mistaken. And no acitivity on the account 😊

It’s all shocking, I can access everything, I was able to upgrade and I can take out an additional contract. I just can’t change my adress 🤣

when I was having problems with security it was the same story, I couldnt pass their questions, but I was able to change the email adress on the account over the phone. Witch then allowed me to hack my own account and change all security details.

There systems are clearly failing.

Their are really failing on lots of levels but they seem oblivious to it all. Many many people have had accounts hacked and phones delivered to other addresses. This has been going on for years and years.
