Signed up for a 24 month SIM contract and assumed I get one Extra for free for 6 months but this appears to be paid? No mention of 6 months free but it does say I've "chosen 0 of your 1 available Extras on us".

TNT and Xbox are not included anyway in the extras selection, and if you are over 28 days then all extra's become paid for.
If within 28days, you are going to have to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

So I'm guessing the one extra I've chosen but not yet redeemed as "on us" is actually paid and on me?

Yes the one you have chosen is a paid for option, this guide will help you Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
You will need to contact o2 via the details provided as there is no o2 support staff on this community anymore..
Also when did you sign up to o2 under or over 28 days ago..

That guide is 6 years out of date.
"one you have chosen is a paid" what are the free options and how are you determining that as they all list a price?

That guide is still valid and helps many customers..
You seem to be ignoring the most important bit, when did you sign up to o2 was it more than 28 days or less than 28 days ago????

The guide prices, steps, and design is outdated and irrelevant to this problem. I've messaged an active mod so thanks for your help.
