My o2 has not been the same since they changed the look of it. Occasionally I  still get an error message when going in to manage my tariff on the My 02 and customer service have meant to have fully fixed the problem. I also on an o2 rolling plan.

Phoned customer service and they was not very helpfully the woman tried to get me to move to another plan even though that was not what  I was phoning about.
Told her im happy on the rolling plan and don't want to change and I still at times getting an error message and that's what I phoning about. She asked what phone I was using and if I got the same error on the website I told her yeas than after another few mins she said someone would email or phone me at some point. 12mins wasted on the phone as my problem is still not fully fixed.

Been with o2 for well over 20 years and have been mostly happy with them up until the last short while and the new look my o2 and there moving customers over to a new billing system don't seem to have gone very well.

@darrenney02 Sadly, the O2 of today is not the O2 of yesterday.

The problem with PAYG is just one of a number of things

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have left a mixed support review when they text me yesterday afternoon.

@Clinton it should not be taking a month for them to fix your problem.
