£10 bundle bolt on

I cancelled my pay monthly to a pay as you go, as I am travelling for a year. I topped up with credit, then out of the blue in New York I got a text to say £10 has been taken for a bundle. I never signed up for this and now every month this is happening and I can't use any of the minutes or texts as I am abroad. The free phone numbers also don't work so I'm unable to speak to anybody. I can't find anything on the website and the live chat is always offline. Please can somebody shed some light on how I can cancel this as I need credit on my phone for emergencies but O2 keep taking it. After a year that will work out as £120 and I wouldn't have used any of it!!

Log into your My O2 and change your tariff to big talker.
You will keep your £10 a month on this tariff.
