Hi. I have a problem. On 2th of August I was supposed to have my usage renewed. Everything is fine but i don't have the mobile data renew. Whenever I try to switch it on, there just isn't the option as the icon goes blank. Who should I ask for help? Online (but chat is offline) or in the store?
