Hello all
Just have a quick question, why when i go onto the O2 app and go through to pay off device does it then ask me to pick a new contract?
I have confirmed with O2 the settle amount for the device which is whats stated on the app, but it then still asks me to pick a new plan. I am on Refresh O2 again have confirmed this
