Previously had a Pixel 7 Pro on a 24 month contract using an eSim.
I now have a 16 Pro Max and have switched to a 12 month SIM only package, when I signed up to this package I selected the options for eSim and use on an Apple device.
I am trying to install the eSim to my new device. the eSim on my Pixel 7 Pro has been disconnected and I have now erased it from the device.
On my O2 > Install my sim - it shows my phone number and eSim as 'active' but there is no option to download it ie, no QR code available to scan.
How can I speak to someone at O2 to figure out what is missing from MyO2
