Hi

 

I applied to upgrade my device on 30/10/24 and had an email saying I’d have an answer within 24 hours but 3 days later I haven’t heard anything, I also paid the rest of my device plan at the same time and yet I’ve had my monthly bill stating I still owe you this figure, please can somebody advise me of what’s going on?
