O2 Open Discount nightmare!

Anybody had any success doing this? I took out a new contract on 9th Feb. Applied for the o2 open discount on 10th Feb. It then said I would receive a further email upto 3 days. It's now 8 days later I have no email. I've spoke to 3 online chat guys.
Guy 1 said I should receive an email by the end of the day. I didnt!
Guy 2 said there was a problem with my request and to submit it again (I can't it says my national insurance number is already in use) which is obvious cause I've already submitted me application once already!
Guy 3 said he would look into and escalate this problem and promised to get it resolved.
I then receive a text next day asking to ring 202 regarding this issue.
I spoke to the lady (who was nice but was unable to help)
She didn't really understand my problem told me to resubmit my application again (obviously doesn't work) then I finally managed to get through to her about the problem which she finally understood and she has filled out a form and told me I would hear something in 3 days time but they don't work weekends so I'm looking at Wednesday before I hear a reply!

The 14 days probation period ends Thursday. If this isn't sorted I think I might be forced to cancel than risk not getting this applied!

Anybody else had problem?

Yes, the same way as your discount shows now.

I'm trying to do this now and it will not accept my work email address. The guru chat told me to check with my HR department for my correct email address...........I've worked there over 12 years so I think I might know it. 
So it seems my only other option is to upload my payslip which I'm really not happy about. it has a lot of personal info on it. Thinking

Can anyone help?

Step 2 – Verify your registration
When you register, we need to confirm that you work for
the company or organisation, so you will need to give us a
valid work email address. We will send a validation link to
this email and you will need to click this link to complete
validation. Alternatively you can give us your National
Insurance number and upload a recent copy of your payslip.
We will check these details and send you an email to your
personal email address to let you know that you’ve been
validated successfully. This will take up to three days.

 

I've tried my work email address several times. I've just emailed myself at work and it went through so I know it's 100% correct. Uploading my payslip gives a lot of personal info.

It may be worth checking with your IT team, as I know where I work certain email addresses (some from well known businesses) are blocked from coming in, so it may be being blocked by your team unknowingly.

If you have to upload your pay slip surely you can black out your pay etc, all O2 are interested in is that it is you and you work where you say you do?

I had to upload payslip I only showed the top part my name address employee number etc no financial details as I do not have a work email
