Hi, I am eligible through my work to obtain a discount on my O2 contract using O2 open. I have applied for the discount on the website and been sent an email to confirm. The link in the email brings me back to the website but after clicking on my phone number to add the discount it says there's an error and to try again in 30 minutes. I have tried this several times and it doesn't work

You need to contact O2.
