Am in the process of leaving one service provider to transfer to )2, and wanted to keep my existing number. Service now ended with other company but there's been a delay in the transfer. Tying to find out if there's an easier way of getting an update without having to phone customer services all the time - doesn't seem to be a quick option to contact O2 customer services online? Can anyone advise?

Calling them is the only way, there has been a massive delay in number transfers. Best time to call is 8-8.30am

Current system problems are delaying transfers.
