I have been on call with customer service 5 times each time about an hour an was assured everything is fine which is abviously not as the manager from the O2 store said that there may be a problem with porting the number, obviously called again customer service and was asked to restart the phone😂 which i did already many time even swapping the sim in other phones, can't reach real help for 10 days

also because i don't receive messages can't get the pac code to change the provider

Ah, so you have recently joined o2 then @Misa1 ?
It can take a few days for o2's systems to get all sync'd up, but customer services should be able to push things along for you.
Porting a new number can also be a problem - o2 have had some issues with number ports recently.
As you have been in touch with customer services, and a store, I will ask a community advisor to step in to help. Keep an eye out for a PM (private message) from someone on the community.
