Data bank no voucher code

I got a pay and go SIM from my library it was free data bank I get it for 6 months with free minutes internet etc I got a top up voucher code when I first got it, the lady said I'd get a text every month but not got it this month not sure if I'm meant to do something? Any help would be appreciated thanks

You need to top up each month in exchange for allowances

It was a charity thing  to help with having no interest exclusion so it was meant to be free for 6. Months

I understand you believe it should be free for 6 months. I would pop back to your library and check the conditions and how your sim works. Good luck and best wishes
