I just bought a contract free sim card and registered, activated the account… but it doesn’t work, i have no connection (messages are not sending). What should i do?

Did you top up the sim Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) ?

Check in your MyO2 to see if you have an active bundle https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ 

Not this guide to see what is included in allowances. Anything else is chargeable and requires extra credit Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
