I am late paying my bill due to unforeseen circumstances and have been cut off. I have tried to contact all the number on help and support to pay and get reconnect but all numbers cut off immediately (do not know if this is because my phone is cut off) How can I contact o2 to pay my bill?

You can get in touch with the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

As it is a freephone number you could borrow a phone to make the call.

Otherwise, try the social media links in the Help Guide

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Lormor78 and ask the agent to set up a direct debit for you, as this is the payment method O2 expect to have in place, and it is something else you will not have to remember every month:

"...You must pay the Charges for the Services you subscribe to and/or use every month by the date on your bill. We may charge fees if you're late in paying. You have to pay by direct debit. We may ask you to pay a deposit before we'll let you use the Services. Your inclusive..."
