I'm a new customer and I haven't received my physical SIM card. Could you please dispatch this as soon as possible?

This is a community of o2 customers.
As such we cannot do anything account related - including re-sending sim cards.
You need to contact the sales team on 0800 081 0255 to talk to them about this - o2 use Royal Mail to deliver sim cards, so it can take a few days.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
