Ending Contract

I have a Volt 250gb Sim card that I've never used( Part of a virgin media deal) and the 18 month contract is coming to an end on 28th January 2025. How do I cancel this contract?

The Sim is still in the packaging and has never been opened and so sending me texts is pointless.

How early can I contact O2 to do this and what number do I need to ring?

Cancellation is immediate so you can either cancel now and pay what's owed or wait until Jan.
