If I text a number in Australia from the uk It is 55p per text. can that text include emoji’s or do they cost more?also, how many words/characters are included in a standard text. i have been charged for 8 texts from sending only 1 text ? thank you

I've got a pay as you go sim that's got an unlimited calls, texts, and data plan on it. However, today I got an alert that I'm near my limit and on my device it says I only have 3gb, but on my o2 account it's unlimited. any ideas on how to fix?

Resolved! Cost of individual calls on PAYG

HelloI've had to make a fairly lengthy call from abroad back to the UK and need to identify the cost of that particular call. However it's not obvious from either the app or the O2 website how to do that.Can anyone possibly help? Many thanks, Chris

I recently changed to the $5 bundle that includes unlimited calls and texts . The $5 came off my credit balance. But now an additional $4 has come off and I haven’t called any premium numbers. Is there a way I can check what I have been charged for? ...
