Solved: I topped up and It says I have £0

Hello I topped up £10 on Saturday and I’m now being told my balance is at £0 and I can’t make any calls or texts

Your balance will always say zero as your credit is exchanged for allowances.

A £10 bundle gives you unlimited calls and texts and the numbers you can call are in this guide. Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

If you are on a higher bundle, you need to top up more to get your allowances.
