Hi, Is there anyway to remove an old number, I no longer have access to, from My O2 account? When I try to update my details it keeps sending a code to the number, I now have a new O2 PAYG SIM and number, so obviously no longer have a need for this n...

When I click Manage my details, it wants to send a code to a number I no longer have or use. Is it possible for someone to change it so that the code is being sent to my current O2 number? Thanks

Just received my new sim and offered free10 credit but when trying to text it doesn't send. Tried 4445 but it just keeps asking how I would like to topup and can never get to speak to someone
