Have setup and changed the tariff to £10 rolling 10gb(which should be 20gb as per offer in store), the data is still showing 7gb

If I have £10 in balance, how can I get that Money? I’m on pay by card each month pay as you go plan for £15 where it’s automatically taken each month from my bank card but I’ve got £10 in my o2 balance, is there anyway I can get that money?
