I called o2 to help with my £10 bundle and they told me to get a £3 voucher. i asked how do i do this and they put the phone down on me. How do i do this?

Hi, thankyou for sending this over. I can easily top up online but the minimum is £10, ideally i dont want to be putting another £10 on when its only £3 i need. do you know how i can do this?

I  believe that the minimum cost of  vouchers and top ups will be £10.

This is what my family pay each time.

You can't top up £3.00, it's impossible

Either you top up £10.00 or your bundle doesn't renew

I can't think of any acceptable reason for customer service to tell you to top up £3.00
