Hi, I topped up using the app at the end of December. £10 came out my daughters bank however has not been credited to my balance.
For the last two days my friends in the Netherlands are not receiving my text messages (phone calls to them work fine). It works fine to friends and family here in the UK. Is there a current issue with O2 or is there a problem with my sim card?

I had £3 to save by the 31st December but I couldn't because it wouldn't allow me to do so. Now on the 1st of January my £3 aren't there anymore, and you try to see how much you saved during the last quarter there isn't any data
