Anyone know if I can put pay as you go sim in gps gf-07 tracker?

I don't see why not mate. The size of the sim will fit anything and the band should be anything else than what you can find in the UK, assuming you bought it here.

You can, but there may be cheaper payg options out there.

My tracker uses very little data and if you have to top up every 6 months you will build up a lot of creadit

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
