Data issue

just topped up my new 02 sim with £10 big bundle including 7gb data unlimited calls and text for a month however on the my o2 app it’s saying I only have 800mb of data till next month when the big bundle included 7g it’s now asking me to tip up again...

updated sim

I updated my original O2 sim to go in a newer phone. After updating to a mini sim I can no longer sms (text). How do I get the sms text service re-instated?

wifi calling

I am unable to use wifi calling. The option does not appear, but if I insert an EE sim, it does and it works, so it's not my 'phone.

Disappearing balance.

Balance said zero although I was sure that was not true. I topped up anyway. Old balance came back shortly afterwards. Now have much more credit than required.
