Hi, I have a pay as you go sim only with you and I would like to request my PAC code to port to another network. I know the phone number but I have however lost my O2 sim so cannot text to request it.
I'm trying to top up my O2 pay as you go number. I've done it online successfully before but today I'm being told my number "isn't an O2 pay as you go number". It is! and has been for about 20 years!Why has it decided not to work!?
