Hi. Is it possible to use my top up money for another o2 number? I have a plan for £10 already and running out of data. Is ir possible to use the money I have on my account to get more data? Cos 1GB for £10 it’s just not enough

You cant use your credit to top up another phone, but you can move to a new bundle

But can i move to the new bundle it the other one was ordered couple days ago? I am leaving the country in a week time and want to use all that money in this time

And at the first place i had a top up for £15 so i can get the plan for £15, but automatically i have got the plan for £10 which i wasn’t happy about

You can change your tariff in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and it will change on your anniversary date or call O2 on 4445 to change it immediately.
