Hi @Anonymous If you want a new phone on PAYG you would buy it outright and then choose the tariff suitable for you.
If you want a contract phone then you choose the phone you want and the tariff which would usually be Refresh. You can browse the shop here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop
Refresh for contract explained here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-guides/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093
Upgrading (on pay monthly) all explained here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/upgrading-your-pay-monthly-mobile

Hello @Anonymous,
welcome to the O2 community!
If I go to MyO2 and then to the "Upgrade Option Tab", I can see a text saying: You have no numbers or accounts to upgrade. But on the right-hand side, I have a "Switch to Pay Monthly Tab" where you can find the same info @Bambino and @Cleoriff told you before: Choose a brand new phone or save money with Like New and then, pick a tariff with all the data, minutes and texts you need and you are done
Please let us know if there's something else we can do to help you out. ![]()
Thanks guys for your help
