I am a Classic Pay As You Go customer. At least that is what I thought I was. Following a recent £10 top up I checked my account I found that I was on a tariff costing £15 and offering 750 minutes, and 2000 texts. I use the phone rarely, and never text. I cannot recall agreeing to a change of tariff, and would like Classic Pay You Go reinstated. What is the best way of going about this?

You need to call to get the tariff changed AND to ask them to reinstate the $10 top up as credit.

I have changed my tariff, as you suggested, to Classic Pay As you go, but it only operates from 25th of May. It seems I am still stuck with the Big Bundle, which I do not want.
Thanks for your reply,

Are they going to add the £10 as credit? This is what you need to ask if they change tariff immediately as you won't have got any use out of the big bundle. Hopefully you get through to one of the many sympathetic advisers if you tell them a sob story....
