Unlocking problems

Hi can anyone help me get an unlocking code that actually works.

Ive now had 3 codes and none have worked. I tried the online chat and got cut off.

So one month on and still not sorted out.

Missed a call as i was at work 10 days ago and havent heard anything since............

Why cant they text me ?

And why cant i contact them?

Wont ever be buying from O2 again thats for sure. My phone was a waste of money and time as its unusable ..
