 Hi there,

 

I am attempting to top up my O2 SIM for the first time but it is not accepting my credit card address verication details, specifically my Canadian address and post code. Therefore I am unable to top it up at all...help?

You must have a UK address to use your CC directly on O2 site, but there are other options as detailed here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-pay-my-bill-or-Ways-to-pay-guidelines/ba-p/101...

Unfortunately only UK based cards are accepted by O2 for topping up. There are alternatives though. Scroll down to P&G in this help link
