Your top up service is not working , any idea when it will be ?
Tried with 3 different cards on web on app and by phone

I gave up it was something to do with where the sim was bought from . The seller topped it up with their card so couldn’t resolve it without the employee being in the same house as me even though she is pregnant and in lockdown. So ordered a new sim Where I can register a company card to top it up
