Top up not working

I try to top up via web top up and it tells me to log in when I'm already logged in, then it says it can't find my account and to click here and redirects me to my o2 where I am logged in. This happens everytime I want to top up and I am unable to to up as a result. Can anybody help?

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

Web top-up does not need you to be logged in, just enter the phone number (carefully!) that you want to top up:

https://myo2payg.o2.co.uk/webtopup

Use a UK card to pay. All other options in the guide shown in the post by MI5 above.
