Hello, I have recently moved to Australia for a short period of time and still have my UK sim which I need but since I have arrived here the sim has stopped working. All I get is an SOS symbol at the top of the screen.
I'm unable to access my account online properly either as it requires me to use a PIN that gets sent to my UK number. Could you please let me know a solution to access my UK number again?

Have you enabled roaming and data roaming on your phone, @mumblescassidy?
Reboot your phone.
Manually search for a network.
Check you data APN is set to mobile.o2.co.uk
Toggle airplane mode off and on.
Contact O2 via Social Media to remove any roaming bar:

O2 via social media will send a PIN via text once they have confirmed some other security items
