Hi, I have a top up problem. I tried a lot but I couldn’t top up and also I tried with two cart one is debit one credit card. Could you help me today and tomorrow? I’m working 7 am to 7 pm so I can’t go to store or anywhere, I also have Screenshot about my problem my problem is “

and I am sure there is enough money in my account and also I am sure there is enough money for my credit card
