Good morning.
I have recently upgraded my phone. I am eligible for the o2 Open discount. However whenever I go to the page it always says there is a problem with the service and I cannot log in to apply it. Has anyone got a solution

I have a similar problem I recently upgraded but claims I’m not eligible as my contract started in 9/22.
Could anyone advise me what to do in this situation.

Allow O2's systems some time to realise you have a new contract, @Serenity75 - try again in 3 or 4 days, links further up this post. Good luck!
